Telehealth Services

Connect with your counsellor from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere with an internet connection. Our secure and accessible telehealth platform allows you to attend sessions using your computer, tablet, or smartphone. This convenient option offers flexibility and reduces barriers to accessing the support you need.

Family Support Counselling

We recognise that the well-being of the entire family is crucial when a loved one experiences disability. Our family support counselling provides a safe and supportive space for families to address challenges, improve communication and strengthen their support network. We can help you navigate complex emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster healthy relationships.

Youth Counselling (16-18 years)

We offer specialised counselling services for young people aged 16-18 with disabilities. Our experienced counsellors understand the unique challenges faced during adolescence and young adulthood. We provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to explore their emotions, develop coping skills, build resilience, and work towards their goals

Counselling for those that support you

We offer dedicated counselling services for carers, including disability support workers, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and paid carers. We understand the demands and challenges of caregiving roles and provide a space to address stress, burnout, and emotional well-being. While this service is not covered under NDIS, it may be covered under Employment Assistance Programs (EAP). Contact us to explore your options.
